Is this actually doing the work, or is it a demo?
Real work. Every agent runs on Claude, calls real tools, and produces real output: documents saved to your library, emails sent through your own Gmail or Resend account, social posts published to your connected accounts, CRM records updated. Nothing here is simulated for a screenshot.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every plan opens with a full workspace and no card on file. Add billing when you're ready to keep going past the trial limits.
What stops this from running up a huge AI bill?
A hard dollar cap on every plan. Once your workspace's monthly AI spend hits that number, agents stop starting new work until the next billing period, not after. You can see real spend against the cap at any time.
What happens if the AI provider has an outage?
Most agent work automatically fails over to a backup AI provider if the primary one is rate-limited, out of credit, or down, so a single provider outage doesn't stop your workspace. A small number of research-heavy roles that depend on live web search stay on the primary provider only, since a fallback there could return lower-quality results silently.
Is my workspace's data visible to other customers?
No. Every workspace's contacts, documents, campaigns, and CRM data are scoped to that workspace alone. Nobody else using Fortaris can see or search your data.
Can I cancel, and what happens to my data?
Yes, any time, no minimum term. Your data stays available for a reasonable window after cancellation in case you come back, then it's deleted. See the Privacy page for the specifics.
